The Grimes Health Resource Center is currently providing residents with information and advocacy they need to access a broad range of community resources and services.
The services are open and available to anyone living in Grimes County.
Services
Senior Meals
Senior meals allows a meal to be delivered to homebound seniors over the age of 60, who qualify.
Transportation Program
People without reliable transportation needing a ride for health-related reasons, such as medical appointments, pharmacy, grocery store, or food pantry are eligible to ride at no charge. Persons riding alone, must be able to get in and out of the van unassisted. We are wheelchair accessible, but you must have someone with you if you need help to your appointment. Transportation is dependent on availability. Rides should be scheduled at least two days in advance by calling the Resource Center at (936) 870-4575.
